1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted global and domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services) to deliver your orders safely.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email containing a direct tracking link.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the initial tracking status.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or VAT imposed by the destination country. Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please save all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at prabhashkumar8522@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

  • Tracking Shows Delivered but Not Received: Please verify your shipping address, check around your property and with neighbors, and contact us within 7 business days.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your complete and correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
